About Us

Located within the City of Cortland, The Squires of Cortland apartments have been managed by the same organization since 1981.

The complex has 9 8-plexes, all brick buildings.

The property is managed by Mr. Doug Turco, who is part owner.

We employ a full time maintenance person at the property.

The tenants are predominately adult and the apartments are best suited for graduate students, professionals, retirees, and empty nesters.

The quiet and peaceful surroundings have been constantly updated by our maintenance crew.
